Acceptable Use Policy for FLWRS

What this platform is not

  • No adult content.
  • No paid private content.
  • No content behind a paywall.
  • Payments are voluntary support for work that is already public and free.

How this works

  • No goods, files or content are delivered.
  • There are no private messages.
  • Creator replies are published publicly.
  • There is no member area, wallet or balance.

This policy applies to every creator, storefront, and supporter on the FIKA MONEY LTD platform and its brands (including FLWRS). It forms part of the Platform Terms of Service and the Creator Terms. It applies to storefront content and to the public channels a creator links from their storefront.

Payments on FIKA MONEY LTD are voluntary support for creators' publicly available content. The Platform may not be used for anything else.

FLWRS is a trading name of FIKA MONEY LTD, registered in England and Wales (No. 16142420).

1. Prohibited categories

The Platform may not be used in connection with any of the following:

  1. Adult content or services of any kind, including pornography, sexually explicit content, escort or companionship services, and adult live streaming. This applies to the storefront and to content monetised through the storefront.
  2. Gambling, betting, lotteries, raffles, or games of chance with monetary prizes.
  3. Regulated or age-restricted products: tobacco, e-cigarettes and vaping products, alcohol sales, cannabis and CBD, pharmaceuticals, weapons, and ammunition.
  4. Illegal products, services, or activity of any kind, and content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
  5. Fundraising on behalf of third parties, charitable solicitation, and any activity presented as charitable giving. Support on the Platform is for the creator personally.
  6. Money services: transmitting funds to third parties, currency exchange, cryptocurrency sales, stored value, gift cards, or any wallet or balance mechanic. Supporter payments are pass-through support for the creator, never a purchased balance.
  7. Hate speech, incitement to violence, harassment, and content that exploits or endangers minors.
  8. Deceptive practices: misleading supporters about who receives funds or what they support, fake engagement, impersonation, or misrepresentation of identity or affiliation.
  9. Anything prohibited or restricted by the Stripe Services Agreement or Stripe's Prohibited and Restricted Businesses list. Where Stripe's list is stricter than this policy, Stripe's list applies.

3. Enforcement

  1. FIKA MONEY LTD reviews storefronts and linked channels at onboarding, periodically, and on report (see the Creator Vetting and Monitoring Process).
  2. Suspected breaches result in immediate storefront suspension pending review. Confirmed serious or repeated breaches result in permanent removal from the Platform and all its brands.
  3. FIKA MONEY LTD reports unlawful content to relevant authorities where required and cooperates with Stripe's monitoring of connected accounts.

4. Reporting

Anyone can report a storefront or creator to abuse@sendflwrs.com. Reports are reviewed within 2 business days; content presenting immediate risk is actioned same day.
