Refund Policy for FLWRS

Effective date: 31 August 2026

The platform cannot deliver goods, files or private content.

FLWRS is a trading name of FIKA MONEY LTD, registered in England and Wales (No. 16142420).

Refunds

  1. Payments on FIKA MONEY LTD are voluntary support for a creator's publicly available content and are generally non-refundable.
  2. We refund in full, no questions asked, where within 14 days of the charge you tell us the payment was:
    • a duplicate,
    • an unintended amount or unintended recurrence (for example you meant to cancel), or
    • not authorised by you.
  3. All other requests are reviewed case by case at our discretion.
  4. To request a refund: write to support@sendflwrs.com with the charge date, amount, and statement descriptor (sendflwrs.com). We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days.
  5. Cancelling recurring support stops future charges immediately but does not refund past charges except under points 2 and 4.
